Hi new friends and welcome back old friends!

This form will be available from 10:00AM to 10:00PM CST March 1st, 2026 . Please take your time filling this out so that you don’t have to double send. There is no rush! If you have multiple ideas, list them in the form. If you weren’t accepted last time due to the idea, please still include it again with any new ideas you have because my design interests change :) I will be booking from now to the end of the year. If this does not work for you, then another opening might be best.

Right now, I am open to all size ideas and as far as design goes, I will choose based on what feels creatively compatible at this moment. I enjoy doing original flash designs as well as hearing about all your ideas!

Also, it will take me a few weeks to get back to everyone. You will not get a confirmation email from this form, however, I will let y’all know via Instagram when all emails are out, in which case, you’ll be able to let us know if you didn’t receive one!

Consultations will be Wednesdays via FaceTime anywhere from 10:30AM-5PM for a half hour. During the consult will discuss ideas and book the appt(s) necessary to complete the project. Tattoo appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday starting at 10:30AM and ending anywhere between 3:30PM-5:00PM. I book one person a day.

Although its possible I may not take on every project, so please continue to apply when my books open if we don’t work together this time!
